While finishing his bachelors degree in Health and Human performance at Northeastern State University Dr. Cody Luker began a successful personal training business in the Tulsa area. Feeling the need to do more, Dr. Luker decided to attend chiropractic school at Parker College in Dallas.
Since graduating in 2006 he has been practicing chiropractic in the Tulsa area for over a decade helping thousands of people. He is Core Rehab’s Regional Director for the Tulsa area.
Dr. Luker loves hanging out with his son, Chase. Together they love going for jeep rides, riding 4 wheelers, canoeing, working out, hiking as well as just relaxing on the couch watching a movie.
Michelle Hyla is the Medical Director for Southern Nevada Medical Group and Core Rehab Centers. She is a graduate of Sienna College in Loudonville, NY, and holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO.
Among her professional experience, she worked as the Chief Resident at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. and has spent time working as a physician here in Las Vegas at University Medical Center and Sunrise Hospital.
During her free time she enjoys cooking, traveling and volunteer work. Dr. Hyla has a passion for medicine and truly believes that each patient should be given her utmost attention.
A native of Sydney, Australia, Peter Catlett is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued his passion to become a chiropractor and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College West in Sunnyvale, California.
Following the completion of his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, he travelled the world working in England, Hawaii, various cities throughout California and finally settling down with his family here in Las Vegas.
When he is not working with patients, Peter loves playing golf, fishing, hiking, sailing and spending time with his family.
Dr. Pejman became interested in chiropractic profession in his late teens, after a sport’s injury sent him to his first chiropractor. The treatment resolved the injury and started him on the path of a new career in health care.
Dr. Pejman earned his bachelor degree in software engineering, and obtained his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Palmer-West in 1997. He has been practicing in Las Vegas since he relocated from California in 2008.
His focus is always on optimizing his patients’ quality of life by providing excellent care and delivering outstanding chiropractic adjustments.
In his personal life, Dr. Pejman has a variety of interests, including music (Listening and playing a number of instruments), philosophy, poetry, cosmology and playing variety of sports.

Born in the mid-west, and raised in the Las Vegas area, Dr. Michelle Perl is committed to providing the community with excellent chiropractic care on a lifetime basis.
Dr. Michelle Perl earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Western States Chiropractic School in Portland Oregon.
She recently obtained a certification through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.
Dr. Michelle Perl is a Nevada and Oregon Board Licensed Chiropractic Physician.
When not caring for patients Dr. Michelle Perl enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs. She enjoys exercise of any sort, hiking, fishing, and traveling, anything that keeps her active and outside.
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Jerian grew up in Los Angeles and was introduced to Chiropractic at a young age by his aunt, who was a Chiropractor. He became intrigued with how he may also grow and help others.
Dr. Jerian graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles in 2005 and also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology. In 2013, he moved to Las Vegas with his wife after the birth of their son, to practice in Henderson, NV.
Dr. Jerian is a Chicago Bears fan and enjoys entertaining friends and spending quality time with family.
Dr. Jordan Webber grew up in nearby St. George, Utah. He was in a car accident while attending college and had great results healing with Chiropractic Care. He soon decided that he wanted to help people with the same type of injuries and pain and prepared to attend Chiropractic school.
Dr. Webber graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. As a student intern, Dr. Webber was selected to travel to San Salvador, El Salvador and treat athletes from North America, Central American, and the Caribbean competing to participate in the Beijing Olympic Games. This was a great experience for him as he was able to help athletes achieve personal bests in their events.
Throughout his life he has enjoyed playing sports and uses chiropractic care to help him recover faster from sports related injuries.
After graduation Dr. Webber moved to Utah to practice and has since relocated to the Las Vegas Valley where he has practiced Chiropractic for over six years. Dr. Webber has the experience of treating thousands of injured car accident patients with compassion as he has had a similar experience. He uses Chiropractic Care along with therapeutic exercises to achieve the best results possible.
When he isn’t treating patients Dr. Webber loves being with his wife and their two children. He loves to travel and be active in sports. Dr. Webber is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Dr. Norman is a native of the Las Vegas Valley. He was born and raised in Boulder City. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa in 2006 he decided to return to his home town to practice. He teamed up with Dr. Stuart Cocks, who had 25 years of chiropractic experience, to open his clinic, Dr. Cocks has since retired and Dr. Norman is the clinic director.
Dr. Norman loves to stay on top of the newest forms of treatment for musculoskeletal injuries. In the clinic he uses cold laser therapy, non surgical spinal decompression, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, myofascial taping, electronic muscle stimulation, ultrasound, therapeutic exercises and manual adjustments.
He is happily married, and he has three daughters and a son. He enjoys playing softball, hiking and spending quality time with his family.
Dr. Reiss has practiced chiropractic care in Las Vegas for over 16 years. A native of California, he graduated with a Business degree from Fresno State University and graduated at the top of his class from Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay area. He has been involved with Toastmasters International for years, and has won numerous awards for public speaking. He regularly speaks to clubs, groups, and organizations about various health related topics.
He has served as a corporate consultant for large companies, including Zappos.com, and also has private coaching clients. Dr. Reiss has been entrusted to take care of weekend warriors and Olympic athletes, and has even treated one of only a few professional bodybuilders to win Mr. Olympia 6 times in a row!
He is happily married, has 3 children that were born at home with the help of a midwife, and enjoys wakeboarding and snow skiing. He recently published the book “The Las Vegas Car Accident Victim’s Health Guide”, which is available at Amazon.com
Originally from New Hampshire, Dr. Bruce Charest is an Air Force veteran who has lived in Texas, Arizona, and Florida. Dr. Charest graduated from Parker College in Dallas TX in 2001. While in Florida, he and his wife owned their practice for 10 years before moving to Oklahoma in February 2013.
Dr. Bruce was originally interested in Chiropractic at an early age after being helped with a weightlifting injury as a teen. He has now been in practice for 14 years and currently holds a license in Oklahoma and Missouri.
Dr. Bruce is also a Bible student and recently graduated with a Masters of Divinity in Biblical Studies. He has been happily married for 20 years, and though he and his wife have no children, they do have 3 dogs and 2 cats, all of them rescues.
Dr. Andrea Javersak graduated in ’97 with a bachelor’s in biology and again in 2000 from Cleveland Chiropractic School in Kansas City, Mo. She owned a practice in McAlester, OK. for 14 years before moving back to her hometown of Bixby, OK. In 2014 she opened her practice in South Tulsa to better serve her community.
She joins Core Rehab, Tulsa with knowledge and experience in the Personal Injury rehabilitation therapy aspect of Chiropractic so she can best treat and help those injured patients in need.

Brittany has been with Core since the first day and helped pioneer the company throughout Las Vegas over the years. Starting as an intern and working her way up to managing marketing teams in two different states, we have seen her grow as the company itself has grown and expanded.
She grew up in small town Biloxi, Mississippi but fell in love with the city life when she came here. Her hobbies include any kind of outdoor activities like hiking and bike riding, snowboarding, and singing with her church group, but her favorite thing to do is spending time with her family. She pursued a Business Marketing degree at UNLV while working with Core and applies the skills and knowledge she learned at the university to her every day career.
Brittany’s role with Core is an integral part of our marketing and management. She trains new marketers in the Core brand and process and oversees our marketing operations and follow through. She also builds and maintains relationships herself between all parties involved in a personal injury case in order to allow our patients the best care possible. Now, she takes pride in having not only long term business relationships but life long friendships she will carry with her because of Core Rehab.

Rachel has very recently joined the Core Rehab family as a Marketing Executive in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Prior to joining Core Rehab, she worked as a paralegal for several law firms over a four year period.
Rachel’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and understanding. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
Rachel lives in Tulsa with her husband and their two children. In her free time, Rachel enjoys being with her family. She loves doing outside activities such as running, swimming, and hiking. She actively volunteers as member with the Heart Association as well as the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America.

Leah has over 25 years of marketing & sales experience in various markets covering regional territories from the Western United States to Canada. She has promoted industries in Telecommunications, Real Estate, Beauty & Fashion, Music & Print Media. 16 years ago she made Las Vegas home and has become “The go-to expert” in the Medical/ Legal industries in Las Vegas.
She spent most of her young adult life traveling the world allowing her to experience the richness of many cultures that have helped inspire and cultivate her unique style. Over the past decade she has enjoyed traveling the world with a Gospel Choir & R&B recording group winning a Grammy along the way.
Her personal and professional experiences over the years have positively influenced her skills as a Marketing professional. She brings to Core Rehab a diversified perspective on business and a genuine way of building real & valuable lasting relationships the right way.
Leah grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and has resided in Las Vegas since 2000. She is a dedicated wife and mother of 4 who enjoys spending time with her family.
